Transparent policies and terms governing the AvtoKK platform
Welcome to AvtoKK (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a peer-to-peer vehicle sharing technology platform operating in Uzbekistan. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform and services.
By accessing or using AvtoKK, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
AvtoKK operates as a Technology Platform Service Provider that connects vehicle owners (“Hosts”) with individuals seeking to rent vehicles (“Guests”). We do not own, operate, or control any vehicles listed on our platform.
AvtoKK provides the technology platform for bookings and payments, facilitates communication between Hosts and Guests, processes payments, and handles customer support. AvtoKK is not a car rental company or transportation provider and does not own, operate, or maintain any vehicles listed on the platform.
To use AvtoKK services, users must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license issued by the Republic of Uzbekistan or other recognized authority, provide accurate identity verification documentation, and comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
Hosts must own the listed vehicle or possess legal authority to rent the vehicle through proper documentation. Hosts shall maintain valid vehicle registration and comprehensive insurance coverage as required by Uzbekistan law. Hosts are responsible for ensuring that all listed vehicles meet applicable safety and maintenance standards and are in roadworthy condition.
Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to maintain updated contact and payment information. Users are responsible for securing their account credentials and may not share account access with others. Each individual may maintain only one active account on the platform.
All users must complete identity verification by providing a government-issued photo identification document, valid driver’s license verification, confirmed phone number, and current profile photograph. AvtoKK reserves the right to request additional verification documentation as needed to ensure platform safety and compliance.
Hosts must provide accurate vehicle descriptions and current photographs that truthfully represent the condition and features of the listed vehicle. All listings must include proof of current vehicle registration and valid insurance coverage. Hosts shall maintain transparent pricing and availability information and ensure compliance with all applicable local regulations governing vehicle sharing arrangements.
All listed vehicles must be roadworthy and safe for operation according to Uzbekistan vehicle safety standards. Hosts are required to perform regular maintenance to ensure vehicles remain in proper working condition. Vehicles must be presented with clean interior and exterior conditions, and all safety equipment including but not limited to brakes, lights, seatbelts, and emergency equipment must be fully functional.
All bookings are subject to Host approval and availability confirmation. Payment processing occurs upon booking confirmation by the Host. Cancellation policies as outlined in these Terms apply to all confirmed bookings. Booking modifications are subject to vehicle availability and must be approved by both the Host and AvtoKK platform.
Daily rental rates are established by individual Hosts and displayed on vehicle listings. AvtoKK applies a platform service fee to all confirmed bookings to cover technology services and customer support. Additional delivery fees may apply when Hosts offer vehicle delivery services. Late return fees may be assessed when vehicles are not returned within the agreed timeframe as specified in the booking agreement.
AvtoKK accepts payments through authorized local payment systems including Payme, Click, and UzCard. Cash payments may be accepted for approved transactions subject to platform verification requirements. Bank transfers are accepted for qualifying bookings. All payment processing is subject to applicable transaction fees and security verification procedures.
Hosts must maintain comprehensive vehicle insurance coverage that includes third-party liability protection, coverage for vehicle damage, and theft protection. Insurance coverage must meet or exceed the minimum requirements established by Uzbekistan law and remain valid throughout the entire listing period.
AvtoKK, as a technology platform service provider, is not liable for vehicle accidents or damages, personal injuries sustained during rental periods, theft or loss of personal property, or traffic violations and associated fines. Users acknowledge that vehicle sharing arrangements are direct agreements between Hosts and Guests, with AvtoKK serving solely as an intermediary technology platform.
Guests are fully responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations. Guests shall be liable for any damages that occur during the rental period, all traffic violations and associated parking fines, and fuel costs unless otherwise specified in the individual booking agreement with the Host.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities through the platform. Subletting vehicles or using vehicles for commercial purposes is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by the Host and AvtoKK. Smoking is prohibited in vehicles designated as non-smoking. Transportation of illegal substances is strictly forbidden. Users must not cause excessive wear or intentional damage to vehicles beyond normal usage patterns.
Violations of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination at AvtoKK’s sole discretion. Users may be charged for damages or violations, and AvtoKK reserves the right to pursue legal action when necessary to protect the platform and its users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
